From a very young age Computers and electronics have always fascinated me. Once I figured out I could program the machines to do my bidding, down the rabbit hole I went developing a passion for electronics and electrical engineering.

The next logical step for me was getting these electronics and eventually my home computer to cooperate. At age 10 I began experimenting with software development. While in my sophomore year in high school I landed a job with a large real-estate firm. Here I found a new passion, Big Data. I was able to spread my wings and bring the entire MLS database online and searchable from my employers website. This was revolutionary at the time, no one had this technology on their website. The option to search the entire MLS was just what home buyers wanted and we delivered. Eventually, I hired and managed a team of 6 to maintain this infrastructure.

I continued to pursue these passions at the University of Florida school of computer science. Even though I already had the skills I was training for, the experience with my professors and fellow peers is one that will stay with me forever.

This dropped me straight into corporate America and eventually lead me to Silicon Valley. Experiencing the tech culture first hand, in the bay area and at Stanford, was one of the most rewarding and challenging ventures of my life.

Through my journey and after founding several companies in the information technology space and communications arena, BASG was born. Taking everything, I’ve learned and bringing these solutions to businesses of all sizes was my calling.
